Hi, I’m Marko. I lead product at Cenosco, where we build software that helps engineers keep refineries, offshore platforms and process plants safe, compliant and running.
Now
Head of Product at Cenosco. I lead product for IMS, Cenosco’s asset integrity management platform. It covers inspection and integrity programmes, risk-based inspection (RBI), reliability-centred maintenance (RCM), corrosion and degradation management, and integration with maintenance systems such as SAP PM.
I work with product owners, engineering managers and designers on our side, and with integrity and reliability engineers at operators in asset-heavy industries.
What I focus on
- Asset integrity. Turning inspection data, damage mechanisms and integrity assessments into decisions engineers can trust and auditors can trace.
- AI that earns its place. AI in engineering is useful when it works from the plant’s own data and leaves the final call to the engineer.
- Product leadership. Clear priorities, empowered teams, and roadmaps shaped together with the people who use the product every day.
Before that
- Operations manager / chief of staff at Cenosco, before moving into product leadership.
- Founder and CEO of Sumirra, a fintech startup I founded with two engineering colleagues during university. We were accepted into an incubator, found product–market fit and launched a product that won more than 100 users. It taught me how to found a company and manage a product in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Madison Consulting: digital communications consultant (2017).
- Infinum: software quality assurance on web and mobile projects (2014–2016).
- Office of the Prime Minister of Croatia: government online communications and the central government portal gov.hr.
- Built several mobile and web apps, with wins at student app competitions and first place at the CopenHacks hackathon (2016).
- Economics degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, with an Erasmus semester at Nottingham Trent University.
